Vazink provides custom design, production, and printing services, primarily for UK customers but also internationally. All products are made-to-order, designed, and printed specifically for each customer.
2. Pricing & Service Fees
All prices on our website include:
- Professional design setup
- Production management
- Printing and fulfilment
We do not sell raw print costs separately.
Our service fees (typically 40–50% margin) reflect:
- Design expertise
- Artwork optimisation
- Supplier management
- Quality control
- Risk management (errors, reprints, revisions)
Important: Prices are final and inclusive, and breakdowns of “print + service fee” are not provided publicly.
3. Orders & Production
How it works
- You place an order and provide your design/artwork details.
- Our team reviews your artwork and ensures it is print-ready.
- Production begins only once your order and artwork are approved.
Approving your artwork
Customers are responsible for approving final designs before production. Once approved:
- Vazink is not liable for errors in artwork you approved (e.g., typos, colours, logos).
- Minor variations in print placement or colour are industry standard and do not constitute grounds for refund.
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs produced by Vazink remain the intellectual property of Vazink, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Customers are granted a limited licence to use the design solely for the products ordered.
- Any reproduction, resale, or commercial use outside of the order requires written permission.
5. Revisions & Changes
- Each design includes a limited number of revisions, agreed at the time of quotation.
- Additional revisions may incur a separate fee.
- Requests for changes after artwork approval may not be accepted.
6. Delivery & Shipping
- Orders are produced within 3–7 business days before being shipped.
- Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- USA: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
- International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier or customs delays.
7. Refunds & Returns
- All items are custom made. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or design preference.
- Refunds or replacements are only offered if the order is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly fulfilled due to a production error
- Customers must report any issues within 7 days of delivery, with photos and order details.
- Minor variations in colour, print placement, or size are normal and do not qualify for refund.
8. Third-Party Production
- Vazink works with trusted UK and international production partners.
- While we manage quality and production, delivery times and availability may vary depending on partner capacity.
- Vazink cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Vazink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of opportunity
- Lost profits
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed with Vazink.
