We have no strict minimums. We can produce a single prototype for board approval, or scale production to handle 10,000+ units for global events and retail distribution.
Can we see a physical sample before placing a large order?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering a single sample unit to verify the garment fit, feel, and print quality before committing your budget to a full production run.
Do you offer bulk pricing and trade discounts?
Yes, we offer transparent, tiered volume discounts. The larger the order, the lower the unit cost. Request a quote to receive a bespoke price list tailored to your project.
Can you match our specific corporate brand colours?
Yes. Our state-of-the-art DTFLEX and embroidery technologies offer exceptional colour accuracy. Please provide your brand guidelines, hex codes, or Pantone references during your consultation.
Do you provide commercial invoices?
Yes, a comprehensive commercial invoice is provided with every corporate order for your accounting team. Please note that Vazink is currently not VAT registered, so no VAT will be added to your final quote.
What is the typical lead time for bulk orders?
Standard production takes 5–10 business days following your approval of the digital proofs. For urgent event deadlines, expedited production and direct-to-venue delivery can be arranged upon request.
What file formats do you need for our company logo?
For the highest quality, professional results, we request vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) or high-resolution PNG/PDF files with a transparent background (minimum 300 DPI).
