All Vazink products are made to order and custom printed specifically for each customer.

Because items are produced individually after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Design preferences
  • Ordering the wrong product or variant

Please ensure you review product details, sizing guides, and artwork carefully before completing your purchase.


Delivery Information

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically produced within 3–7 business days, after which they are shipped.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • USA: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Where will my order ship from?

Vazink works with professional production partners with facilities in the UK, Europe, and other international locations.

Your order is produced and shipped from the facility best suited to your delivery address to ensure efficiency and quality.

To ensure the fastest delivery and zero customs fees, orders for the USA and Europe are printed and dispatched from our local production hubs within those regions.


Will I be charged customs or import fees?

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not controlled by Vazink and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.


My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy
  • Contact your local delivery office or courier
  • Check with neighbours in case the parcel was left with them

If the address was correct and the parcel cannot be located, please contact us at

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, a replacement may be arranged; however, additional shipping costs will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

I received a damaged or incorrect item — what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to a production or fulfilment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email hello@vazink.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

As all items are custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless there is a fault or error with the order.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The product arrived damaged
  • There was a confirmed production error

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fit issues
  • Approved design choices
  • Minor variations in colour or print placement

Colour & Print Variations

Due to the nature of custom production, slight variations in colour, size, or print placement may occur.
These are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

We do not offer exchanges.

Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page before ordering.
In rare cases where an item is mislabelled, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
